Dairy you can hold accountable.
Built on trust, technology, and tradition. Not the cheapest milk, but one with a record you can verify for every drop.
Trust you can verify.
PYAAS is not just another dairy company. It is a dairy brand built to be checked, on trust, technology, and tradition. Every pack carries a QR. Scan it and you see the farm, that batch’s record, and the time the batch left. From day one, our mission has been to give consumers confidence in every drop. We do this by ensuring you never have to trust blindly. You can check what we claim. Each PYAAS batch carries a digital identity, so you can trace your ghee today, and your milk when it launches, from the farm all the way to your table.
We partner with responsible farmers who follow high welfare and sustainability standards. Our products start as single origin milk from named farms and named herds, not anonymous bulk dairies. Our A2 comes from the A2 cows in our named Gonda herds, which you can see on our farm pages. Everything is processed at our FSSAI-licensed partner plant in Gonda under PYAAS-dedicated protocols, kept cold from collection to delivery, and quality-checked along the way. As we launch, you will be able to scan the label to view quality reports, farm information, and processing data for that exact batch, because at PYAAS, transparency is our promise.
We are proud to offer handcrafted Bilona ghee made by traditional methods today, with fresh A2 cow’s milk launching in Lucknow from August 2026 in recyclable packaging. We may not be the cheapest option on the shelf, but every claim on our pack is one you can check. Our customers are increasingly conscious and savvy. They deserve full visibility into what they feed their families. That is why PYAAS leverages traceability technology, delivering a level of openness in dairy similar to the trust standards you find in banking or digital industries.
At PYAAS, transparency is our promise.
India runs on milk, and almost none of it is checkable.
Food-safety anxiety is real. FSSAI’s 2018 national milk survey found aflatoxin M1 above safe limits in 5.7% of samples. Most milk still pools from countless farms with no way to trace a single litre back to where it came from.
We put a verifiable farm and quality record on every pack.
Named Gonda farms pour into a tested collection point. Every batch is tied to the farms, the time and its test result, then printed as a QR on the pack. Scan it and check, right down to the farm and the batch. Dairy you can check, not just trust.
Our commitments.
Five promises we hold ourselves to, on every farm, every batch, and every pack.
A word from the founders.
Two school friends from Amity International, humble beginnings and one stubborn idea: build the honest dairy brand their families never had. Here, in our own words, is why.
Aryan Sharma
Founder & CEO
Founded PYAAS to build a dairy chain families could actually check. Works closest to farms, collection and quality, the parts of the chain where trust is either earned or lost.
Kushagra Shekhar Kaushik
Co-founder & CTO
Co-founded PYAAS to make that trust something you can see. Works closest to product, brand and the technology, the parts of the chain that turn a scanned code into a record you can actually read.
Gonda Plant Partner
Dairy plant owner
Owns the FSSAI-licensed dairy plant in Gonda where PYAAS milk and ghee are processed under our dedicated protocols, giving the chain real, on-ground manufacturing depth.
I grew up around milk that came from someone we knew. Somewhere between the village and the city, that knowledge disappeared.
PYAAS exists to bring it back. We own the chain from the farm to your door: farms we know by name, our own collection, our own delivery. Every farmer is paid the same day. Every pouch will tell you the farms it came from.
Thank you for letting us into your home.
“We are not trying to make milk cheaper. We are trying to make it honest.”
Aryan Sharma, Founder & CEO, PYAAS
PYAAS isn’t just a milk brand. It’s a transparency layer for dairy.
Don’t take our word for it.
Scan a sample batch and see the farm, the farmer, and the record behind it.
