Who we are

Pyaas Dairy Private Limited ("PYAAS", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, write to us at hello@pyaasdairy.com.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms: your name, email address, phone number, delivery location, the products you add to your wishlist, and any message you send us.

We also store a small amount of data in your browser (local storage) to remember the items in your wishlist and whether you have already seen our welcome message. This never leaves your device except when you submit a form.

How we use your information

To let you know when PYAAS launches in your area, to reserve your early-member pricing, to prepare the products on your wishlist, and to reply to your questions and partnership requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

How your information is stored

Submissions are stored securely with our backend provider (Supabase) and are accessible only to the PYAAS team. We keep your data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers we need to run PYAAS (for example, our database and messaging tools), and only to the extent required. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@pyaasdairy.com and we will act on your request.

Your consent and how to withdraw it

When you submit a form on this site, you consent to us using the information for the purposes described above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@pyaasdairy.com, and we will stop using your data and delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Payments

Payments, including the Founding Family membership, are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles them under its own privacy terms and payment-security standards.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Waitlist and enquiry data is kept until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed; order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Security and data breaches

We protect your data with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children’s data

PYAAS is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.

Grievance and data-protection contact

For any privacy question, to exercise your rights, or to raise a complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@pyaasdairy.com. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and respond within the timelines set by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PYAAS grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
