About these terms

These terms apply when you use the PYAAS website operated by Pyaas Dairy Private Limited. By using the site or joining our wishlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pre-launch status

Our A2 ghee is on sale now at the price shown. Our milk range is preparing to launch, so milk prices and availability on this site are indicative and may change before it goes live.

Founding Family membership

Joining the Founding Family is a one-time founding membership, paid securely through Razorpay. Your membership fee is shown on the payment screen before you confirm; no amount is charged until you authorise it there.

Membership locks in founder pricing for your first 90 days, free shipping, and first access to fresh milk at launch, subject to availability. Product orders you place at launch are separate from your membership fee.

Any prepaid subscription wallet you top up at launch is fully refundable on request for the unused balance. We do not hold unused wallet funds if you choose to leave.

Delivery areas

Our Pure Cow Ghee ships across India. Fresh milk delivers in Lucknow from August 2026, expanding to nearby cities in Uttar Pradesh as routes open. Milk delivery is available in serviceable Lucknow locations only at launch.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

You can cancel a Pure Cow Ghee order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once it has shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the protection below still applies.

If your ghee arrives damaged, leaking, or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pyaasdairy.com with a photo and your order id. We will replace it or refund it in full. As a sealed food product, ghee cannot otherwise be returned once delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your Founding Family membership fee is refundable on request before any benefit is used.

Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about an order, a payment, or your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@pyaasdairy.com. In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse our forms, or submit information that is not your own.

Intellectual property

The PYAAS name, logo, content and design are owned by Pyaas Dairy Private Limited and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
