The honest way to understand PYAAS is to get in a car before sunrise and drive out to Gonda. Not to an office, not to a warehouse, but to a cowshed in Uttar Pradesh where the first milk of the day is still warm. I am Aryan Sharma, and I started PYAAS because I was tired of milk that came from nowhere in particular. So when people ask me where our milk and ghee really come from, I do not send a brochure. I take them to the farms.

This is a field tour of the PYAAS partner farms in Gonda — the real places, the real families, and the herds behind everything we make. No stock photos, no anonymous bulk tank. Just the farms you can name.

Why every PYAAS story starts in Gonda

Gonda district in Uttar Pradesh is dairy country. It has the land, the fodder and the farming families who have kept cows for generations. When I was looking for the first farms to build PYAAS around, I did not want the biggest suppliers. I wanted farmers I could stand next to, whose names I could put on a label without flinching.

Every farm in our chain is a working Gonda farm with a Holstein Friesian and Sahiwal herd. Our A2 milk and Bilona ghee come from the A2 cows within those herds — not from an idea of a cow, but from animals you could walk up to. That single decision, to start with named farms instead of a faceless collection pool, is the whole reason PYAAS exists.

Sri Radha Mohan Dairy Farm — where PYAAS began

If PYAAS has a heart, it is Sri Radha Mohan Dairy Farm in Gonda. This is the farm that started everything. It is run by a farmer named Ram, with a herd of 76 cows, Holstein Friesian and Sahiwal, machine milked twice a day. The A2 cows in this herd give the milk that becomes our flagship product.

This is where our A2 Bilona cow ghee — the one product we ship across India today — is hand-churned. Standing in that shed the first time, watching the milking and then the slow bilona process, I understood what I actually wanted to sell: not just ghee, but the certainty of knowing exactly where it came from. Sri Radha Mohan is the farm I point to first whenever someone doubts that a dairy brand can be this specific.

The farms joining the chain: Gonard Dairy and Ranjeet Singh Dairy Farm

A single farm is a story. A named chain of farms is a supply. As PYAAS has grown, two more Gonda farms have joined us, and I want you to know them by name too.

Gonard Dairy, Charuwha

Gonard Dairy sits in Charuwha, near Paraspur, in Gonda district. It is run by Harsh Singh, and it pours around 196 litres a day into the PYAAS chain. When I visit, Harsh walks me through his herd the way you would introduce family. We name the farm and we name the farmer, because milk should carry the identity of the person who produced it.

Ranjeet Singh Dairy Farm, Dutt Nagar

Ranjeet Singh Dairy Farm is in Dutt Nagar, Visen, also in Gonda, run by Ranjeet Singh and contributing about 176 litres a day. Same breeds, same standards, same promise: a real place with a real person behind it, and a record you can follow back to the source.

What "partner farm" actually means to us

Plenty of brands use the word "partner." For PYAAS it has to mean something you can verify. Milk from these named Gonda farms pours into a registered collection point, not an anonymous pool. It is processed at our FSSAI-licensed partner plant in Gonda under PYAAS-dedicated protocols, kept cold from collection to delivery, and quality-checked along the way.

Then comes the part I care about most: every pack is traceable by a QR code to the exact farm, the named farmer and that batch's quality record. What comes next

Today these Gonda farms give us the A2 Bilona ghee that PYAAS ships across the country. Next, they will give us fresh milk. Our fresh A2 cow milk launches in Lucknow from August 2026, and we will expand across Uttar Pradesh from there — the same named farms, the same traceable record, now poured cold into a bottle at your door.

We are building toward a ₹100 crore dairy brand, but I do not measure our progress in crores. I measure it in farmers we can name and customers who finally know where their milk comes from.
